The starting corps is loaded with experience (17 returning starters) and the two-deep is solid enough to provide the necessary support but in no way is this team talented or imposing enough to just show up. If the Ducks have spent the offseason soaking it up while the rest of the conference has been focused on ripping their crown things will deteriorate quickly (think 2004 or 2006 quickly). But if a few guys making terrible choices (repeatedly in one man’s case) is just that, then the Ducks could at least begin to live up to their 2010 hype.
